“Very nice home with a parking spot in the rear. Neighborhood was quiet with non-existent traffic. Short drive to Six Flags Great America. More amenities than we needed, however very nice that they are there for family needs. Laundry, exercise space, free Wi-Fi, connected TV. Check-in was easy. Host responded promptly to messages and proactively inquired about our stay. We felt very safe with cameras and motion activated lights on the property. “Clean, fully equipped with sporting/recreational stuff, loads of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only real negative is that almost all the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms. Pickle ball, basketball, cornhole, volleyball, pool table, kayaks, all great. Perfect for a large group.”

“Overall the house was great. One thing is that the lake isn’t great for swimming. The bottom is rocky and one person cut their foot pretty badly. Not the fault of the host, just something to be aware of. For the house I’d recommend more dish towels for the kitchen. There was only one towel for the kitchen. Some of the soap dispensers were filled with a gross smelling body wash, and one of the dispensers weren’t refilled before our stay. There was a swim diaper left in the fire pit. Again,……

“Well worth renting this home. We stayed here for a Great Lakes graduation and long weekend with our new sailor. Beautiful home, lots of nice touches. Windows and porches overlooking lake. “We loved this house. Great size for our family. Place was CLEAN!!! Very cozy, loved the layout, the space. We did not get to use the backyard due to our time restaints but we checked it out..what a great oasis. If we come this way again we will rent again! We were there 2 nights, so our full day we did go into the city to see museums. The drive into and back was fine, we were concerned of the length of the drive but we are glad we did it. “The check-in was very simple using a private code. The kitchen was well equipped although it did take some looking around to find some items as there are many cabinets and drawers. Some of us especially liked the free Keurig coffee makers and K-cups. There was adequate seating for everyone to eat, the dining room, high-top table in the kitchen and stools at the kitchen counter.
