"1. 浴室水壓非常不穩定也不足。 2. 6樓飲水機故障了，入住5晚從第一天就跟櫃檯人員反映，後續亦有向不同的櫃檯人員反映，櫃檯人員皆直接幫忙裝水，但未嘗試解決飲水機故障問題，我每天只有在回酒店時經過櫃檯裝水，十分不便！"
