"Great location, comfortable stay, with a few things to improve.」 Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, and the room and bed were comfortable. A few things could be improved. The washing machine and dryer were quite noisy, even with the door closed. The kitchen could use an additional pot for cooking soup, and the water pressure was rather low, so showers took longer than usual. Housekeeping could also be improved a little. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would still consider staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"位置特别优越，就在CBD中心地段，出门没几步就是电车站，还有很多餐厅，涂鸦墙、圣保罗大教堂、维多利亚美术馆，弗 林德斯街车站，都在附近或离得不远。酒店大堂和图片宣传的一样，房间也非常温馨舒适，设施齐全，沐浴露和洗发水的味道有一股柑橘香，整个酒店都显得高级了。我们离开的时候有几样东西忘记带走，电话询问后让隔天去取，所有物品整理得整整齐齐交还给我们，服务很贴心。"
