There is no way this hotel should be taking guests. The hotel IS AN ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION ZONE. There was no wi-fi, no ice machine available, no breakfast, and no pool. I chose this hotel specifically for these necessities. I would like a full refund. The parking lot had a huge pile of toilets and dry-wall and carpets. The hammering in the floor above us was constant, the hot water was only lukewarm. It was horrible.

Hotel is under renovation. Front desk personal accommodating. My room had not been renovated, but bed and tv were nice. Had to let water run for a while b4 it got warm for shower. Everything worked in the room electric/USB Lights, except for the Joint unit bathroom ventilation was not on. Hotel supplies the coffee. Some cold snacks for guests to get you going, but bar and restaurant are closed at this time. Although Plenty of restaurants in area for your choice of food. A few only a 1/4 mile away. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would go back but would also ask to face away from the freeway due to noise. Hope the plan is to upgrade the windows during renovation

The beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable. We had issues with power & USB outlets. The staff worked well to resolve the issues with power but the USB ports never worked in the problem outlet between the beds. Due to the renovations going on there were issues.

Convenient location for me
Overall the room as nice clean and spacious for just one person like me. The hotel was in a convenient location between Tacoma and SeaTac as I was here for the MCR concert nearby. My only complaint is that it looks like the charging station by the bed was loose and seemed to be ready to fall out of the wall. Though I was still able to charge my phone just fine. Super friendly and helpful staff
