The surounding city area has drug dealers and homeless. This is not the properties fault but is something that should be considered. I do not recommend walking around the street expecially at night. Just Uber. The hotel feels safe and secure. The staff are great.

Check in Hispanic gal was extremely nice, very informative, and even tried her best to get me set up ASAP. Advised me if I wanted a later check out its no issue at all for 12pm and to just let the front desk know since it doesn't take much effort on their end. Later on realized bathroom had no hair dryer, called front desk and they said they ran out of hair dryers and would try to locate one. Shouldn't there be at least one for every room in your hotel? Ended up waiting an hour with no response, went downstairs to ask, and was told sorry none available. Advised I just wanted it noted just in case the hotel may say I took the hair dryer and was told no need to. So basically, 0 follow up on the hotel service, and no hair dryer in a hotel?? Office chair was also completely broken down and couldn't even sit upright. Also asked the gal if I could have a slightly later check out at 12 as the initial person who checked me has advised, andwas told "it would be too much work to do on their end". This is completely baffling getting two different sides, proceeded to ask why as the initial checkin lady had advised me its a quick thing, and was told "I'm the person for tomorrow morning anyways, so its too much work". Man talk about customer service. I'd rather pay the same next time back to Hotel Murano, only tried this one since its closer to the dome, but man. For the same-ish price, the quality and service is completely atrocious. Props still to the Hispanic gal who signed me in.

I had dropped my phone down the side of the bed so I moved the bed. On the the bed skirting and all over the floor between the bed and the side table there was dry puke on the floor and on the skirting of the bed. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned up. They did not in any way try to make it good with us. Said if we were members of Comfort Inn they would give us points towards our next stay.

This was my second stay here and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is! I am so frustrated at myself for not getting names but the lady working the front desk and the maintenance man went truly above and beyond to make my stay great! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and the customer service is the best I have ever received at a hotel. Thank you to the staff for making me feel like a valued customer!

Walk to Tacoma dome. Air conditioning was spotty and fridge froze everything, but not an excuse not to come and stay. Excellent location for Tacoma and the Tacoma Dome as we were back in our room while people were still trying to get cars out of parking lot. They also offer secured parking as the parking around there was from 30-75 dollars for an event. So worth it!

I have a brand new car and was worried about leaving it overnight as I’ve never left it overnight before. The parking spaces were very large so that others opening their doors so not getting your car. Additionally, they have security that’s constantly patrol in the area.

The hotel is located in a sketchy part of town but having a gated parking garage gives me comfort that my car won’t get broken into. The room was warm and clean. Great view of the city/tacoma doom.

My restroom was unclean long hair on the bathroom floor and hair on tub. The bed was extremely uncomfortable they were old. We had a very outdated room. I thought our previous stay had a very comfortable bed. So we thought we would be good. Outside & inside lobby of hotel But we were wrong. We asked to be moved to another room the next room was a little more decent.

I walked in the room and walked right back out. This area is unsafe, there are sketchy people that LIVE here. The room had cigarette burns in carpet, hair on the linens, and orange stains on pillows. I couldn’t stand to be here for more than five minutes.

If you are coming for a concert at a Tacoma Dome, look no further. Truly the BEST place to be. A little pricey for a 2 star hotel but the location is worth it. I recommend booking as soon as you know the dates because rates can jump even higher after. For how much traffic they get I wish they would invest it in the property, but the staff is professional and helpful. And they deal with crazy kpop fans like me on the regular so I cut them a break. All in all, totally book worthy.

The property DOES NOT serve breakfast as stated, if you are lucky someone will be at the front desk to hand as bag with a muffin and piece of fruit. Don't expect special menus like gluten free. I was told the kitchen has been closed for months. The room and property was clean but even the HVAC was noisy, nevermind the street racing and trains. Don't expect to have a parking spot, six floors of building and only about 30 parking spaces in the garage. You aren't allowed unregistered gusta in your room without telling the front desk and no guests after 9pm. I've have less rules and restrictions at my parents house and I have grand children. I won't be back.

The property is located downtown near the Tacoma Dome, which is convenient. However, there were a lot of unhoused individuals in the area. The front desk staff had to literally run one away from inside the lobby.
