Water view Studio Unit

  • Charming lakefront building built in 1903 converted into 12 separate apartment units in the 1950's. This studio unit is located on the 3rd floor and has spectacular views of the lake. There is no elevator, you will need to climb 3 flights to reach the unit. The last flight of stairs is narrow.

    12 unit apartment building sits on a spacious lakefront lot, in a residential neighborhood.

    This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. No elevator in the building. To reach unit, it is necessary to climb stairs. There is no AC in the building.

    There is a small deck, on the 3rd floor right outside the unit with amazing views.

    A canoe and kayaks are available for your use. Life vests must be used .

    The dock, and the common areas are shared by the tenants. This again is a 12 unit building with no elevator.
