Search and Rent Tagum Condos

"I have a family of 6 I booked for 2 nights stay and could not get access to the room we suppose to check in at 4pm The owner cannot be reach we called many times but no luck and its really frustrating even the customer service tried to contact him too but no response !!! I choose to booked that place because its close to the airport my sister have a flight july 18 at 4 am in the morning . And we had to find another place to stay , hopefully i will get my money back ."

"When arriving on site, the guards would not let us through even though we had proof of purchase. When entering the location, it was nothing like what was pictured on the website and very run down. The bathroom had mold everywhere and the ceiling was in bad condition. There was no toiletries provided as shown on Expedia. "Unit was clean and ready had to go thru a lot to use the pool, there is no parking near the unit. Water lines on shower leak real bad. Had to keep contact to owner to get Netflix to work. "
