"Our stay at Kasbah House was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Abdulrahman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His kindness, hospitality, and genuine care made our experience truly special. He was always available to help with anything we needed and made us feel right at home, we could definitely also say the same from Nawfal on the night shift. The breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. The room was impeccable—spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding hospitality, excellent food, and immaculate accommodations, I can’t recommend Kasbah House enough. Thank you, Abdulrahman and Nawfal, for making our time in Tangier so memorable. We would happily stay here again!"

Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. The check in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at 11:00 AM, which made a big difference to our stay. MJ’s friendly attitude, efficiency, and outstanding customer service set a great first impression. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would gladly stay here again."

"This was a very well located hotel if you wanted to spend time on the beach but it was quite far from the old medina. Tangier is a very busy city and at certain times of the day the city is grid locked and it’s virtually impossible to get a taxi or move. The disappointments was there was no iron or hangers in the room. We had to wait nearly 4 hours to get some despite this being a supposedly 5 star hotel with ample wardrobe space - not much use without hangers. The hairdryer was a disgrace too with both me and my husband ending up with small burns on our hands but that got replaced eventually too but again a couple of hours. They tended to respond better to my Moroccan husbands requests. I often got ignored when it came to these matters. There was also loads of screams loud children everywhere - on the hotel, on the beach and everywhere."
