“We love the location as we stayed there many times as it’s walking distance to the beach and to the restaurants in the area”

“Room was not very clean. The sheets were dirty and some of the towels appeared to have been used. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good.”

The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after being out in the Shuswap heat with our son. The Roku TV was a great touch because we were able to sign into Disney+ and put on shows for our son. “We had a great easy check in and check out experience. Staff were nice and easy to deal with. Minor issues, fridge was not turned on prior to check in which was disappointing in our quick sign in and run to the beach. Keurig machine was supplied but the water container looked like it had stuff growing in it. Overall great stay.”

“设施大多都很老旧，尤其是床垫弹簧已经很软了，还有奇怪的味道。入住2小时傍晚时分整个小镇断电了，没有了暖气，只有两床薄毯，房间没有备用的，我们把两张毯子叠起来并盖上自己所有的保暖衣取暖，一直到深夜恢复供电，在此期间旅店工作人员什么都没做。另外灶台前的木地板很粘，应该是油垢”
