“There was no smoke detector in our room. The shower did not drain. There was a lid from the mini shampoos in the bathroom sink drain. There was mold behind the toilet and the walls were not clean. My bed sheets, upon turning down my bed already had crumbs and hair and my towel had hair that did not match mine. I guess one can’t expect much for the price but still.”

“After reading the reviews we thought we had a good grasps on what we were walking into. Boy, were we wrong. Our room had badly stained carpet and smelled like pee from dogs. They had odour absorbing products in the room to mask it. Everything is very run down, but we see that they are working on improving the property. “We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back again. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after being out in the Shuswap heat with our son. The Roku TV was a great touch because we were able to sign into Disney+ and put on shows for our son. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the extra blankets in the cabinet since the room got a little chilly with the AC running. I also really……

“Clean but very noisy from traffic. Put the softer better mattress in the 2 bed ones in the front area away from the road and then i would rate the hotel higher. Our toilet made some really weird noises after flushing and had to remove lid to fix.”
