“Lovely hotel but I can really see why it’s a 4 star! I was by myself and found staff to be very nice and polite. The pinch points were the bar - just hire more staff. There was always a queue. I didn’t go all inclusive but food and drinks I thought was reasonably well ish priced. The other frustration was I got put in a room in the corner which was a bit sad. I understand it was their basic room but it just lacked the luxury a bit. The local area and cute shops are worth the short walk into……

“The cabin was cold(heater wasn’t working),musty,damp and had mold in several places!! Was not as posted on your site with insufficient bedding. The cabin not in city but out in woods on a muddy. Pothole dirt road. We left the next day as it was not healthy to stay there . Owner were not helpful ”
