"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"My wife and I wanted to find a spot central to several waterfall hikes, and this smaller house was perfect for just us. I was nervous to be the first to stay here but the price seemed very fair and the location to waterfalls and downtown Hendersonville seemed to be a great match. The house was new, and everything worked as it should, it was extremely clean and plenty of space to keep our things. There were several stores nearby for anything we forgot or wanted. "This place was perfect for my quick stay in Greenville for a wedding. The place was clean and had more than enough space for 2 people. Upon entering the house, you are in the living room; if you keep walking straight you are in the kitchen. If you keep going you will enter the bedroom which had enough space to unfold suitcases and keep your things. The bathroom was fairly small, however it worked for what I needed! Over all this was a good stay and I would consider this place again! It was 7-9...
