“El servicio al cliente fue pésimo, cuando entramos al hotel todo estaba sucio y con cucarachas. Y tuvimos que pagar hasta doble porque habíamos hecho reservacion online y dijo que no y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente allá y en efectivo porque tuvo problemas con su máquina de pago… todo fue un dolor de cabeza”

“Someone attempted to break into my vehicle and other guest’s vehicles in the parking lot of the Hotel. The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. Due to this situation, our door was broken off and cannot be used until we repair it. The other couple that approached me as I was assessing the damage another couple……

“Stayed here with my toddler. Best value in the area. Free hot breakfast, the rooms have everything you need for a few days, a week, or a month, the staff is very friendly, the property is well-kept and well-secured. They have king and queen and every room comes with an additional pullout couch which is super useful. Swimming pool for something to do. It’s close to everything and very easy access to the highway. My only small gripe is the TV system is outdated (it’s probably a 15 year old……

“Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.”
