"I booked for breakfast on line, but was told on arrival that it hadn’t been processed with a breakfast included No offer to sort it, so I’ll be back at the Apex next week "

"When we checked in the member is staff was so friendly we got to our apartment and it was beautiful .. the location was outstanding and we had a best weekend staying at Kenmore Club"

"We asked for a cup of tea to go with the buffet & was told we couldn’t have one, We were told you can have the tea bags but can’t use the kettle that was sitting beside the teabags, we even offered to pay for the tea. very disappointed in the staffs reaction to the situation. We won’t be in a hurry to come back"
