“The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a useful lift. Parking was confusing. Parking in front of the hotel cost £10 for 24 hours but guests weren’t told about parking at the back free until they’d booked in. I stayed in a family room with my 2 granddaughters for 1 night , the room I was given was nothing like the family room in their promotional photos. The girls were in bunk beds, not single beds as expected. The lower bunk bed’s metal light was extremely loose. The room decor……
