"Dated property with a lot of potential. It seems cheaply refurbished some years ago. Some areas are nice (like the lobby) other are bit worse (rooms, hallways). Staff are really nice and there were many food options. Beautiful views, depending on the room - some might be a bit overlooked."

"A lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Santa Cruz de La Palma. The location is excellent - right in the centre of the city. The breakfast was great and the rooms had everything that you could need."

"Really good location, the view from the room was beautiful and the park place was easy to find. Breakfast was a bit surprising because that wasn’t like normal hotel breakfast. The restaurant was like some local cafeteria and we didn’t get any menu but the waiter told what we can get for the breakfast. There wasn’t too many options but it was okay. Overall the stay was really nice and perfect for us!"
