"The location is 10/10. The rooms are small. But decent. Clean. Close to train stations, TKX, then square, close to almost everything. Friendly staff. The breakfast can be better… it’s not the best selection. Need improvement but overall great experience. You have your own rooftop bar. The drinks are good. I would stay here again in my next NYC trip."

"I took my boyfriend Brian to PUBLIC to stay during our romantic Weekend Getaway to attend ComicCon. I have stayed in the past at your property due to work and from the first visit I fell in love with the spirit, statement and design of the Hotel. As a Graphic Designer it strikes the chords of my artistic side and I was able to see in my boyfriend's eyes awe at this other approach when it comes to Hotel Stay. "Close to Times Square, Thearter district, public transport. Room is clean but small. Service is excellent. Really friendly and helpful staff. I liked communication with the hotel staff via text. "

"It was in a great location to shop and find restaurants, and walk to the theaters. The staff were all nice. The bathroom was very tight/a large person would have trouble using the toilet as it is VERY close to the small sink. (My daughter kept splashing water, which resulted in a wet toilet seat)"

"The staff at reception were very welcoming and were able to answer quick questions to help with our stay in NY. The breakfast options were top notch and delicious(Eggs, cereals, bacon, fruits, sausages, yogurt, waffles, raspberries etc.). Everything was laid out really nicely. I was especially q fam of the drink options from the coffee to swiss miss and the juices. Apple and Orange. The room was nice and cozy. I personally prefer carpeted floors for a hotel experience and it was nice and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The mini fridge in the room came in handy to store leftover food. There is also a microwave in the breakfast area that we used to warm up late night snacks. The only minor issue was that after taking a shower there was a slight build up of water outside of the glass. It seems the seal may not be fully doing its job. It wasnt alot but definitely noticeable. On checkout while waiting for our lyft driver we were given breakfast bags as we had an early checkout. That was a really nice touch. Kudos. All in all. My experience was excellent and I'd love to stay again."
