“Perfect location! Couldn’t have been nicer inside & affordable for my weekend stay for a graduation event! Close to subway & walking everywhere. Appreciated the overnight security person in the building at night & the elevator for my bags. And the tip for storing luggage at a Bounce app managed location around the corner at Heavenly Deli worked perfectly to bridge the time gap between checkout & leaving the city. Would definitely stay again!”

“Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. Cheap, worn linens. It was 85 degrees in the apartment. No fans. No lamps. No mirrors— just a cracked, broken mirror on the medicine cabinet which……

“Great location walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. Best for family rooming. Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have.”

“The apartment was small but complete, as a family of four we tend to spend the vast majority of our time out and exploring and use our stay to eat and sleep. This apartment met our needs less one chair. Clean washing machine with detergent supplied ample and clean tableware for a family of four with dishwashing tablets and non-saggy beds are my go to checks which were all met. As a family we tend to come back and eat at the apartment and we found that the stove and oven wasn't working. The……

“The location was great. Guys the hot water doesn’t work. I wish I would have read the reviews more thoroughly. You will take cold showers for the time you are staying here. The price was great but I would’ve paid more for a hot shower. The pictures make the bathroom look bigger than it is. It is tiny. No more than one person at a time can fit. The apartment is really not big enough to fit more than probably two adults or two adults and one child. The pillows had yellow stains on them. You can’t……
