Overall a good location to walk to Time Square and shows. Hotel itself was clean but breakfast was terrible, had to pay extra for tv use, and reported broken toilet paper holder was never fixed while there…plus, no towels filled in one day.

1. Awesome staff--really friendly and proactive in offering assistance despite a high volume of guests. 2. A well-stocked full breakfast. 3. Close to all the subways and Times Square. 4. While the hot water was out for a day, they had it fixed by the next day and gave a partial refund. 5. Room is compact, but clean, efficient and comfortable. Only negative--I could hear a lot of doors opening and closing/kids screaming/conversations in the hallway from my room which did affect my sleep at times.

The room was way too small. Barely enough room in the bathroom for 1 person comfortably. Area around the property was very unsafe. Lots of homeless people roaming the streets around the property.
