“交通便利，位置很好，有電梯，服務人員也很好。唯獨就是房子老了，隔音有些差，可以聽到樓上隔壁洗手間，走路，電視的聲音。其它一切都很好，還是會考慮再次入住。”

“This hotel is actually a student hotel. Location is good just near the Main station. There is a bar provide nice drinks even at mid-night. You can also refill water at the water machine for free.”

“飯店大廳非常的明亮寬敞，辦理入住時因為我到達時離可check-in 時間還差了兩個小時，但他們卻可以提早辦理入住，當然這是在我的房間已清理準備好的房間情況下，但我還是非常感謝飯店的貼心服務！ 從火車站出來，即使拉著行李走到飯店也是不遠，只花快十分鐘的路程。飯店附近的餐廳也有中國菜，離公車站牌也是四分鐘，非常方便。飯店早餐我沒有享用，所以無法提供意見，我非常推薦這間飯店。”

“È sempre piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel però ultimamente lo stanno trascurando un po' troppo ed è un vero peccato. Ad esempio per questa volta avevamo una splendida suite al piano Terra addirittura con due bagni però il bagno al piano di sotto non funzionava lo scarico del wc ed il bagno al piano di sopra aveva la vasca idromassaggio in condizioni pessime. Ruggine, calcare e muffa nelle bocchette e nello scarico. Peccato perché per ambienti, posizione e cortesia del personale andrebbe……

“The hotel is very easy to access from the Central Station. Despite its location, there is no noise from the street in the room. The room is very clean and the breakfast were excellent. Will stay again if visiting Bologna again. ”

“We had organised to arrive at the property before the 3 o’clock check in and leave our cases but the lady at reception who let us into the building was very unwelcoming - the young lady that was there was very nice though . The room was in the ground floor and next to the lift . There are c32 rooms and we could constantly hear the guests entering the building ( really loud every time the door shut) then the mouse from the lift was horrendous . We coujd also hear people walking around on the……

“ The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work……

“[Check-in] 入住的時間從下午4點開始，沒有櫃台，可以先按門鈴，房東會開車過來，大概等5分鐘。 [房間] 我們住在2號房，房間很乾淨，但是廁所要穿過走道，雖然那間廁所是我們獨用的，房東還另外給我們廁所的鑰匙(以防別人偷用?)，不過就滿不方便的。 [設施] 網頁上有寫他附免費早餐，但其實並沒有，只有提供玄關放置的膠囊咖啡，有種被騙的感覺”
