“Room is congested There is not enough space to walk between the bed and the table/desk under the TV screen. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. There is one small office chair that is small and can hardly fit a child. Difficult to move as it does have wheels. The bathroom shower sprinkler is fixed so high and it has been restricted for eco water flow. It is useless for short men and women and children as these cannot have a proper shower. “The hotel itself was nice and staff were kind. The River view room was great. We booked this hotel last minute on a rainy day because of the pool for the kids. The pool was absolutely disgusting!!!! The water was green with bandaids floating in it. There was garbage around the pool, dirty diapers and towels on the ground around the pool. There was dirt on the pool deck. There were no towels (not that you'd really to swim anyway). Our kids were super disappointed as the pool was the reason we……
