“no heating for half the holiday, and took us half a day to get it sorted, had to be in whilst the engineer turned up. ruined the weekend. the apparment itself was ok with some very interesting stains on the soft furnishings. ”

“The apartment was beautiful. The communication from the owner however was appalling. I received 19 emails about the one night stay and none had the entry instructions within. I assumed therefore that it would be self explanatory on arrival. We were faced with several new build apartment blocks. After about fifteen minutes I finally located the front door of the apartment, third floor of one of the buildings but at this point had no key. My partner found the car park amongst the thirty or so……
