"I really wanted to give this place high reviews, but unfortunately the great pluses this property has (amazing location right on the water and views) are negated by an overzelous and controling owner. Prepared to be scolded, warned and admonished for many things a paying costumer would not in other stablishments. I.e. do not take the kayak out in the beautiful bay because it could be damaged by the coral..are u serious? Why have a kayak on the property if it cant be used. Or, dont leave the AC running or the lights on when you leave because it is very expensive (are u kidding me? I am a mature person who manage a budget of over $50M and have delivered many large construction projects and you are treating me like a 5 yr old?). This is a nice property and the owner tries to be nice, but from the hospitality biz perspective, its management needs a whole diffrent perspective. Moorea is an amazing, fantastic, laid back place. One shouldnt go there and pay good money to be treated like misbehaved kid."

"Well equipped cottage with a/c. A short walk away from the beach. We had an excellent 2-week stay. "

"The pool was lovely, we were in it every day, as well as the ocean. The air conditioning in the bed rooms worked very well, but not as efficient in the main living area. Two issues were something was living in the kitchen and we had multiple power outages even when following their guidelines. We loved the outdoor area, BBQ and closeness to grocery store and restaurants. "

"Four stars because the pool ladder was broken and we were not able to use it for 4 out of our 7 days. During a night storm with high winds, the umbrella broke and we were told any damage to the property would be our responsibility! (I wondered what would have happened if the roof blew off?) clement said he would not charge us for the umbrella, in exchange for no pool use for most of our stay. All this being said, we enjoyed our stay and Clement and Anais were responsive and friendly. It is a lovely place within walking a few steps to shops and pastries and with a private beach and gorgeous water. The full service kitchen was a real plus!"

"VERY disappointing rental. We were 4 adults, and stayed for 1 week. This property is quite neglected, and requires attention. We booked on the North side of the island hoping that the wind would keep away any mosquitoes during a Dengue problem. This is also why we booked the front unit on this property. However, the bushes at the wall at the front of the property had not been trimmed in quite some time, and so, the 7-foot bushes that blocked our view, also blocked the breeze from the ocean. We knew there wasn’t a/c in the living area, which was fine. BUT no air in the yard, and no breeze from the ocean, kept the living area stifling hot- even with the wall patio door wide open. A ceiling fan did nothing to relieve this. The unit faces NE. The entire deck is shaded, with little sun in the yard, and none after 4:30pm The picnic table in the yard is so neglected, it wobbles and feels like it will collapse at any time. Neither of the 2 stairs has a simple railing.Inside, the unit is dirty, the door of the master suite does not latch. Since it is located beside the living room, there is no privacy in the master suite. The master bath is very dark, with no light fixture above the mirror.Th dish soap provided is watered down so much it is basically useless. Enjoy Villas did not check in with us once in a week, said “no” to lending us a toaster, and did not contact us at checkout. We would not return to this rental, and would be cautious of Enjoy Villas."
