"It was a good stay overall. Everything went smoothly with no major issues. The check-in process was easy, and the front desk staff were responsive and helpful. The only minor issue was that the sink in our room was not draining water quickly. Other than that, everything was comfortable and fine."

"All employees were so wonderful and accommodating, waterpark was a fun time for all involved, would book with this property again and again just on customer service alone! Was looking forward to breakfast that wasn’t included, so just prepare ahead. Expedia however didn’t have current operations hours posted on their site and took away half of our promised experience.
