“Pros: The room set up for me and my 3 children were very cool with the bunk bed options. It was also cool having the water park tickets come with the stay. Cons: questionable cleaning. Rooms were musty with crumbs all over the floor. The queen bedroom TV was cracked (not able to use at all). Called front desk for assistance 3 times just rang the 1st 2 times and then said no one was available the second time. All food options are no longer operating at the hotel besides the snack shop inside……

“Take note that Lobby in under renovation. I did not see that notice when booking. Room was very clean. Would benefit from a new showerhead. Staff were accommodating or helpful. Food was good. Varied egg selection each day was great. Coffee was fair.”

“I always stop here when I’m in the area or passing threw , you cannot go wrong and the front desk staff are very nice and helpful”

“Pool is drained and non-operational. Room was VERY dusty! Cobwebs hanging from the side of the artwork on the wall to the wall itself. Ambient light fixture in headboard was covered in a layer of dust that was at least a month old, as were other flat low-touch surfaces. For $200/night, I expect a room that is CLEAN and where it is obvious that it has been cleaned thoroughly, not just cleaned with a lick and a prayer.”

“These rooms aren't being cleaned at all. We got our 1st room just 1 bed. 2nd room was filthy.! finaly the 3rd room, was dirty but we gave in. Just sad.”

“Very clean inside the room & around the property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Toilet was broken and maintenance was sent out very fast. Beds were comfy.”

“Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague.”
