The overall experience was good with a few things lacking. For example, the water pressure and temperatures with the showers were limited. The bungalows and furthest two top floors showers had minimal pressure and would get little, to no, hot water in the showers. The master chef kitchen had an ant infestation and we'd spend 30 or so minutes every morning killing and cleaning up the ants. All the refrigerators have a really bad fish smell. We tried to clean them with soap and water but the smell still lingered, and tainted all of our food and beverages with fish taste and smell. Assuming this came from the previous guest, but unknown if that is the case. Either way, it was gross. The generator didn't work. Maintenance came out to check the battery and propane but they said the generator itself had an issue that they couldn't fix themselves and would have to reach out to the owner. A big positive was that the water toys were in good shape. This has not been the case with other houses we've rented on the island. Lastly, the grill is rotted and cannot be used.
