“The hotel is beautiful and has excellent maintenance. The breakfast is delicious. I would not recommend it for families with children. Breakfast starts after 9am and the pool opens after 9am. When we arrived around 4pm, the pool was closed. I booked the hotel, as it said in the reviews that it is one of the best for kids. I think that for adults that wake up early and would like to climb the Tepozteco is not great either.”

I stayed at Hotel Artesanos XI from April 3rd to 6th, and it was a wonderful experience. The owner, Antonio, is incredibly honest, reliable, and always willing to help. He made me feel safe and well taken care of. He also has a dog named Bazzi — super cute and energetic, definitely the little star of the place!

Desde la reservación ya empezabamos mal. Yo había elegido la opción de "pagar en la propiedad". Y 3 días antes, el hotel me contactó para exigirme el pago con mi tarjeta. Busque a Expedia y me ayudaron a solucionarlo. Yo quería cancelar la reservación pero por las politicas me iban a cobrar el 100% de la reserva.
Ya en el hotel , nos dimos cuenta que le falta mucho mantenimiento . La alberca helada , el piso sucio , incluso la Recepción tenía telarañas.

Alacranes saliendo de varios sitios eso sí puede ser algo peligroso para los visitantes.
Nos tocó temporada seca así que nada que ver o visitar en el monte, el personal algo espero y solo a lo que van, el baño seco es algo oloroso y se debe dormir con ventanas abiertas para que no huela mal, la cama promedio y ls amenidades muy básicas.
