This semi-detached 18th century house has been converted into a charming country house and offers a large fenced garden with century-old trees, a communal pool with hydro-massage corner and a pool house with bath / shower.  
  
Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside planted with sunflowers and wheat, with centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, where you can enjoy a lovely walk.  
  
To Collescipoli with shopping and restaurants it is only a few kilometers, to the nearest restaurant only 600m.
