"We really liked the property and ir is well maintained, but the 10th floor rooms are in desperate need of refresh. The 10th floor rooms do not reflect the ambiance of the rest of the resort. When you arrive at the resort you immediately get the impression of a luxurious hotel that carries from the entrance to the desk, to the pool area, the restaurants, and the lobby, but when the rooms on the 10th floor you immediately notice that the rooms no longer represent the luxury of the rest of the hotel. We still had a great time and found all of the hotel, pool, and dining associates to be professional, friendly, and helpful. We are looking to our next stay and yes we will be staying on the adults only 10th floor."

"The staff was amazing. Robert was very Friendly and helpful as was the lady that was there when we checked out. I don't know her name but I think she had glasses and a nose piercing. Breakfast had alot of options. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the outdoor shower was very convenient when we came back from the beach which is right across the street."
