The pool was inside instead of outaide, but the place was clean (yes a few rust areas), everyone was kind, and the ocean was a few yards away! Loved this property and we will be back!

Front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was hot and many options. Easy access to the beach. Rooms were clean. Special call out to Amanda at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us excellent customer service. We’ll definitely return!

Pool outside was shared with another property and was down. Pool inside was dirty and a sauna. Front desk staff daytime barely looked up. Breakfast staff was lovely. Beds were uncomfortable. It was close to the beach and that was lovely. Keys were not programmed correctly and we could not get in from the parking garage. It was subpar.

We, 2 adults and 2 children stayed in a king suite with a pull out bed. The view was nice. We could see the waves from the room. The bed was decent and the property was clean. The a/c kept the room nice and cool. The kids enjoyed watching the TV before bed. There was popcorn in the fold out bed and mold along the lid of the ice container. The balcony door did not open or close easily. The door to the cabinets that enclosed the refrigerator was hanging. Breakfast was good and the dining area was cleaned regularly throughout breakfast.

The staff at this location was wonderful! They were really nice and helpful! The hotel was clean, but you can see the signs of wear and tear (example spots on the lamp shades- probably due to having a balcony that opens out to the ocean and the moisture from that). We did have some minor problems with the room, but the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the location was in walking distance to the convention center and the beach. We were also able to walk to the grocery store. The overall building could use some updates. We will definitely stay again because the staff was wonderful.
