“Il B&B si trova vicino al centro di Carrara (10 minuti di auto circa). Nonostante non ci fosse nessuno ad accoglierci, le istruzioni per il check-in sono state tempestive e chiare e ci hanno permesso di accedere senza alcun problema. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile. La stanza era come da foto e molto pulita, kit personali e buone dotazioni anche nel bagno. L'unica nota negativa è stata la temperatura della stanza: era molto fredda e abbiamo dovuto attendere diverso tempo prima che……

“The hotel is at the hill of Talkero with beautiful view. They have the bus with several stop to Lerici which is quiet and scenic. We had the seafood spaghetti two times at the Restaurant Defanio and he restaurant nearby Ristorante Il Gambero Nero. They are phenomenal. The hotel also has great breakfast. The welcome drink is a plus. The balcony room with the sea breeze also veryy nice. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. ”

“It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

“Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. ”

“Struttura vicinissima al centro, con le camere vista mare che offrono una splendida veduta del lungomare di Portovenere. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione buona. Unica pecca è che l’hotel non è dotato di parcheggio, quindi abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina a parecchie centinaia di metri di distanza nei parcheggi comunali a pagamento”

“Do not take the hiking path that starts from the town of Vernazza, call a taxi to bring your luggage to the top! We made the mistake of bringing our luggage up the hiking path, which took an hour and 1000ft of elevation! Be wary of Google Maps and ask locals for routes. The walk from top to bottom is about 40-50 minutes, and some 10% inclines, but great exercise if you don’t mind the journey! The view alone makes this worth it. “Wonderful hosts and beautiful location. A great place for hikers and people who like to explore the nature and the woods. The town is small but the host can prepare a lovely dinner which I highly recommend. Very enjoyable stay. ”
