"I rarely leave reviews but had to give a shout out to this place! It was very clean, really seemed as if the room had just been deep cleaned because I didn't see one speck of dust or anything anywhere! Well kept up, everything was in good, working order. Celeste and Daniel were the two staff members I dealt with and they were both so kind and helpful! Enjoyed the variety of breakfast options (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, bananas, apples, oatmeal, ciobanni yogurt, three kinds of cereal and I feel like I'm still forgetting an option or two!) The location is perfect for quick access to anywhere in Bend! I stayed at the Bend Quality Inn recently for the same price and this was far and away, better!! "

"Check in attendant was a little rude and it seemed as I was bothering her when I checked in. I had to wait at the desk for awhile as she must have been in the back doing something. I heard children crying. She had 0 personality and 0 warmth. She was very off putting. Other than this, I enjoyed the accommodations."
