It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first ..."

"My go-to hotel when staying in Benidorm. I had made a mistake with making a reservation, but they were very helpful in finding a solution. Great pool with ‘towel-police’. Rooms comfortable, new, and a very breezy/Caribbean style. Staff friendly from reception to waiting staff."
