Complete Failure of Privacy, Peace, and Customer Service – Never Stay Here
Do not stay at the Wyndham Garden if you expect privacy or sleep. My family stayed from July 16 to July 17, 2026, in a Suite, and it was a miserable experience. First, the suite has a severe design flaw. The sliding bathroom barn door leaves a wide gap when shut, creating a direct line of sight from the bed straight to the toilet. This resulted in an embarrassing situation when my son, resting on the bed, saw my wife using the restroom. We had to hang a bedsheet from clothing hangers to block the gap.
We were willing to bypass this issue until the guests upstairs started running and jumping all night. I tried calling the front desk four times, but the phone rang endlessly. I walked down to the lobby and found the rep - Rachel, just sitting at the counter. She claimed the phones were down. When I demanded action, she defensively asked, "What do you want me to do?" and claimed they were too full to help. After an argument, she called the room, but the noisy guests ignored it. The banging continued all night, leaving us with zero sleep. The next morning, General Mgr Roshonda was totally dismissive. She acknowledged the broken phones and stated all barn doors there have that gap. She discounted the noisy guest issues. Instead of a refund for a ruined stay, she said corporate would contact me later with a future discount. Rachel and Roshonda's indifference made a bad situation worse. Stay anywhere else.
