The rooms were clean, very spacious and the fact that the tub is in the same enclosure as the shower is great because my toddler was able to splash in the tub as much as he wanted to and I didn’t have to worry about the entire bathroom getting drenched

The gate is just a gate, although the crumbling walls of the old city are picturesque. The Phae Gate leads onto the walking street where the Sunday night market is held.

The old city is charming and filled with things to see- but don’t go to the night market there. Omg, so crowded and claustrophobic-not the handicraft fair they advertise it as. Just throngs of people.
