I really appreciate the hospitality, Mr. Jim was very helpful and responsive. Rooms were clean and nothing was missing. Location was perfect, very close to main Hanoi attractions. Highly recommend! :)

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Gorgeous hotel, very central to all the main attractions. Staff are extremely helpful with everything including organising airport transfers and excursions. Would definitely recommend to stay here when your in Hanoi

Diamond Westlake Suites
This place was very nice and quiet, but it’s away from downtown where we wanted to go lots of American food around the hotel unfortunately we wanted Asian food so we had to go very far to get it.

Prompt and exceptional service, excellent amenities, luxurious standard rooms, incredible value. Two grocery stores located within the same building with wide selection of wares. Countless F&B options walking distance from the hotel and nice neighbourhood overall.
