“The hotel smells wonderful when you first enter the lobby. The staff is friendly, helpful and prompt. The rooms are clean, the water is hot in shower and beds are comfortable. Pool is nice especially if you have children with you . If I had one thing that could use improvement is the Bacon it is a little thin. I recommend this Quality Inn for your stay in west Plains.Easy access, centrally located and next door to delicious Coffee, pastry , sandwich shop.”

“Nice place. This is clean for the most part. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi was broken so they said they'd issue a partial refund. Didnt happen. ”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Parking was easy and safe. Breakfast was good. It was a prepared egg and sausage plate, but you had to pick it up in the evening and put it in your room refrigerator till morning and then microwave it.”
