We choose this hotel so we could have a relaxing swim in the afternoon, but it was too busy and we were unable to book a time slot for the pool, this was a let down for us, if we had known this we would of booked somewhere else.
Room was cold, said they would get someone to look at the heating, they gave us a portable heater, but no one came.

Room warm and if you are in a room 200 plus it’s a lot of stairs with a suitcase.
