The lock to the outside doors were broken. Anyone can come in. The bed was HARD! But it was cheap and convenient. So I’m not terribly upset.

The staff I interacted with were fabulous, especially Marcos in the Buckeye Bourbon House. The breakfast was fine - It's your standard upgraded continental hotel breakfast buffet. The building itself is really cool. The preservation of the historical architectural features of the old bank are really beautiful. My big issues relate to the overall condition of the hotel, especially the elevator and room. One of the elevators appeared to be under construction and was in really rough shape. Unfortunately this is the elevator that came for me every ride but one - The other elevator was nice! My room itself was a little rundown. There were loose tiles in the kitchen by the floor. The door to my room did not close correctly - It had to be slammed very loudly. The TV did not have streaming services, something common to most Marriott properties.

Heating in the lobby and restaurant was poor. In fact guests should have been granted a discount as the interior temperature was in the 50’s.

Had to stay up here during a snow storm for a couple days and this place was amazing! Not only the unique experience but they really took care of the guest. Everything was closed in the area and they even provided dinners for the guest which was a life saver
