“We just stayed one night in here before an early departure flight. We came in late after a day at the Surfers Paradise. Staff was very kind to remind us of the time zone difference between Coolangatta and the Gold Coast airport. The room was quite large in terms of motel, and was very clean. “The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……
