We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.”

“We didn’t have a balcony. So no view. Our suite was lovely and maintained every day. The Menzies was close to all activities and lots of restaurants. The only set back was the internal blinds did not function correctly. ”
