“This was a decent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Check in was clunky. No on-site staff, so everything is via phone; Filling out vehicle info, uploading drivers license, paying deposit online then waiting for a code to get into my room was not what I was expecting when I booked. “We chose this hotel because it's located inside Hot Springs park We are glad we did.The park is beautiful and the " down town" is within walkable distance. The hotel itself is a little older, no elevator, some peeling paint etc. But the rooms were clean..The beds and pillows comfortable..The staff was great.. We liked that the hot tub at the hotel is fed by the same water that is available at the springs We will stay here during our next visit to Thermopolis”

“Overall the manager was good to work with. We had no trouble accessing the property or getting what we needed. However, the home had a distinct smell (musty-covered up smoke) that lingered throughout the house. Also, the main bed was very firm, little patting, and very squeaky. It was also hot in the house. The house comes with window AC units and ceiling fans, however the window AC unit in the primary bedroom was very loud and made a whiny sound, making it hard to sleep with. ”

“Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. “Host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and converse with.Everything was clean and well stocked. The upstairs bedroom didnt have a great heat supply for winter time, but with blankets we were fine. Downstairs we had the thermostat at 70 and upstairs would only get to 64.Very quaint house.This will become our regular accomodations when were in town!”

“The Tipi Retreat had all necessary amenities and then some. Owners clearly anticipated any needs from heated blankets, a coffee maker, outdoor heater to twinkle lights. The beds were very comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. There were only port-a potties on site but as a family used to camping, we didn’t mind. The hotsprings that were open in town were not to our liking but the Tipi Resort is a definite must if you’re staying in the area.”

Check out process was extremely reasonable!
