Stuff not very friendly . No shampoo No body wash . Restroom SUPER SMALL , You cannot open the restroom door properly because there was no room for the door to open . In order to closed the restroom door you have to go inside the shower first and that’s the only way you could close the restroom door properly. Everything else very nicely and clean .

Arrived late at night and given poor instructions on how to get over to the room (I’ll take the blame, we might just be bad listeners). Very outdated room but nothing horrendous. Tried to settle in bed when a roach was felt/found under the covers. Things happen, but as far as this business goes, it’s kind of the biggest thing you have to avoid, and clearly it was something preventable if the room was cleaned properly. We were given a new room, guests next door making noise all night, window shades failed to keep the light out in the morning. AC worked well though. I prefer not to leave negative reviews as I understand that one person’s mistakes often affect others. But it was a rough stay. Would not recommend.

The room had stains on the wall and the bed had bleach stains. There were outlets falling out of the sockets which is extremely dangerous. When I told the front desk the woman did not apologize or offer a different room. She said I couldn’t be refunded due to me not coming back to the office within the first hour of booking. I was also charged for an extra night and it took forever to get someone on the phone about it. One man was helpful but the manager had to complete the refund all together. She was supposed to follow up with me regarding the charge and never reached out. I had to file a claim with my bank to get something going. I got the money back after 2 weeks. Unless you have to, I Do not recommend staying here
