While the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, the motel itself was incredibly noisy. The couple on the other side of my door, who apparently live there full-time, talked much of the night. I should have done my research before booking a room.

This hotel is trash. I reserved a room online because the picture looked like a nice hotel. When i arrived people were outside the rooms with loud music smoking blounts, overall very poor atmosphere. We opened the door to find the room not clean at all. The bed was not even made and still had dirty linen piled on top.i do not recommend. Very poor management and customer service. I was not even offered a clean room so i ask to be refunded.

The staff were awesome and very accommodating. She was pleasant and very helpful. The property itself was questionable. There were people very sketchy hanging out all over the property. And the stench of marijuana filled the parking lot. If it weren’t for the young lady at the front desk being so nice, my family and I would have booked at another hotel.

Check in was fast. Room key didn't work so had to go back into front office. When got into room there was no remote. Had to go back to office to get remote. Then bo signal on tv. Went back to office which then was told their dish service was out.

When we arrived at 4:45 there was a person with a dispute at the desk. We waited around 20 minutes and the clerk would not check us in. We left, went to a nearby restaurant, and came back an hour later and finally got the room we had reserved. The room had no towels, no soap in the hand soap dispenser, one lamp that was broken, the other lamp had no shade, there were food crumbs on the bathroom floor. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, TV was good, and we could park right outside the door. We do not recommend staying here. Very poor management. We expected a no frills hotel, but this was not anywhere up to the standards of other Red Roof Inns we have stayed at.

I pre booked a downstairs room months in advance and was told none were available when I got there. I was assigned a room that was adjoined with the neighbor that had a huge Cane Corso that wanted to bark Everytime I made a sound. On top of that, the sheets were heavily stained, wall mirror missing and fridge was dirty. I requested another room immediately in which the staff eagerly assisted with. The 2nd room was clean but the towels were dingy. I requested new towels and wash clothes and was told there was a shortage but was promised I would receive as soon as possible. I stayed 3 nights and never received the request, bought my own.
