“I paid $1,395.65 for a 2 week stay and they took $100 out of my bank without telling me they were doing it and never gave it back. Claimed smoking in room when there was no smoking in room. Also only stayed for a week instead of 2 and got ghosted when asking for refund for the week that was not used.”

“We stayed at the Birches Motel over the weekend since we were visiting Skidmore College and were looking for a more affordable option that was still close to Saratoga Springs and would be comfortable and clean. We were not disappointed at all and really enjoyed out stay! The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, the staff were very helpful in adding new breakfast cards each morning. The location is excellent (only about a 10-minute drive into town) and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Breakfast was supposed to be included. closet door off track cockroach in bathroom. Workers blocking entry to hotel and loud clanging of extension ladders being moved or taken down.”
