There are 6 bedrooms 1 with a king and the others with what seemed to be double sized beds. The king and 1 of the doubles have ensuite bathrooms. The space is split on to 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms up; the kitchen/dining/living/laundry/1/2 bath on the entry floor; and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom downstairs. There is also a garage. This neighborhood is currently still under construction so there is no yard (as in grass) and the street is paved, but not in what I would call a permanent way. Don't let this stop you from staying here. The only drawback was the 2 upper front bedrooms could get a little constuction traffic noise in the morning, none of the other bedrooms noticed it. It is a nice neighborhood, close to groceries and restaurants. We were 15 - 20 minutes from Niagara Falls tops. Lots of wineries in this area. It was beautiful. The host was easy to contact and when my mother forgot some of her clothing in a closet, they mailed them back right away! They provide plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc. It was just an easy, relaxing wonderful stay. Would stay here again without question. ##### Kelly S.
