  • Stay at this custom hillside home with spectacular views and amenities! The home was just professionally remodeled with wood floors, high-beamed ceilings, and details for a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. Enjoy the mountain peaks from the hot tub or relaxing around the fire pit on elevated deck, less than 1.5 miles to the Park entrance. Convenient to everything, and surrounded by nature. Features 2 large screen SmartTVs, WiFi, designer kitchen, and new beds and linens.

    The space

    A single level custom designed home to leverage the beautiful landscape, and views of the mountains and just about a 5 minute drive to the Sequoia National Park entrance! View the panorama of majestic Sierra peaks and Moro Rock from large picture windows inside and from the elevated wrap around deck. You will feel as if you are floating in the view while soaking in the hot tub, surrounded by trees and foliage. The large deck is a great place to bask in the morning light with your coffee, or to enjoy the fire pit with your evening beverage.

    A first class Interior re-model was just completed featuring a fully equipped kitchen with new granite counters, new appliances, floors, comfy furniture with a 65" Smart TV in the living room and a 55" Smart TV in the den. A roomy free flowing interior supports groups of up to eight in 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. Enjoy new linens, new dishes, pots, pans, etc.

    Very functional- Bedroom 3 has a private bedroom, a separate living room with a sofa bed and memory foam topper that we show in photos as both that living room’s sofa and made out into a bed. This suite also is where bathroom #2 is. There is a locking private door into this living room, bathroom and bedroom that can remain open or closed for privacy.

    This family suite is perfect to accommodate 4 of the guests. The other side of home has two bedrooms and a bathroom to accommodate 4 more.

Pani is a wonderful host and his house is beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed the big kitchen and living room with lovely views of oaks and wild turkeys. The hot tub was great after a chilly, rainy day in the park!

Everything was excellent. We have a very comfortable stay. Place was clean. Location was great. The senior citizens in our group were amazed. We will definitely recommend this place to others and whenever we come back, we would love to book again. Super minor was one of the wall vents had some dust , and we forgot to ask about allergen free bedding. But again super minor. Thank you hosts for a lovely stay

Great location, roomy and very clean.

Three rivers is a very quaint little town with great restaurants and gateway to the sequoias. This house is the perfect location to enjoy it all. My 2 and 4 year old grandsons were with us and they loved it.

Location was perfect! We had 6 adults (3 couples) and plenty of room! Only a few minutes from gate into sequoia. Property hidden just off the road private and peaceful. You can hear the river flowing! Pani the host very responsive! We would rent again!

We really like that this property was secluded and it is very close to the Sequoia National Park entrance, but in a wooded setting so we liked having the privacy. The hot tub was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks to the owner for good communication and providing a nice home to stay in for our first time ever to see the sequoia trees! Loved it! Would stay there again.

Family Nature Getaway

This house was absolutely more than we expected. Loved the privacy we received along with beautiful views from inside and out with the huge windows taking over the living area. The hot tube was a nice treat after a long day of walking through the giant Sequoias. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place literally 5 minutes from the Park.

Amazing Stay!

6 Adults and 3 kids under 3. Just enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably - full kitchen with nice non stick pens. also made full use of the traeger - smoked some bomb chicken (just needed tongs for the smoker!). Hot tub was awesome in the evening and morning time!

Perfect Sequoia Getaway

I can't recommend this place enough! If you are looking for a quiet and close place to stay while visiting the National Park or three rivers, look no further. This place was in the perfect location and accommodated two families with little ones and the hot tub is a must after a long day of hiking! Pani is an amazing host, my friend left an item behind when we checked out, and he shipped it back to him a day later! Excellent host, great location, super clean home, this is a 5 star experience and getaway!

Great Home

We had an amazing time staying in this home it was the perfect layout, right amount of bedrooms and loved that the bathrooms were located in the halls and not one in the master bedroom. The property was close to everything but pushed back enough into its own little forest that you felt like you were one with nature. We saw Turkey and Deer right outside the house and the kids loved it, we highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again! The property was beautiful and the host was just as great with quick replies to any questions or concerns we had.

This property (inside and outside) was very clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located right off of Generals Hwy, but the property feels super private with amazing views. The house was very comfortable, and we felt safe staying there. The host was very gracious and answered all my questions promptly. Very attentive and kind. Highly recommend!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our family group. Very clean and had everything we needed. Tools for the BBQ Grill would be helpful but all else we had provided. It is a great location to the park and we were hiking and enjoying our time there. The host is very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. This property was great! Clean and welcoming. What made this property next level was Pani, the host. As he is a local that operates a tour guide company we hired him to show us some of the treasures of the national parks. Using him as a resource, it went from great place to stay to a great vacation! We would have missed a lot of great sights if we just did our own thing. As for the house itself, the view of Moro rock, the night sky from the hot tub, The flock of quail and turkey that graze around the property, the fully equipped kitchen (including coffee and creamer!), the Treager BBQ and the short distance to the foothills entrance to Sequoia make this place truly special. When I asked my 10 year old what the favorite part of summer vacation was, she said watching the shooting stars from the hot tub in three rivers!

Outstanding Location for NP exploration!

Our adult children and my husband and I had such a grand time in this beautiful tree house like property. The wraparound deck, hillside landscape, wildlife and plantings gave the perfect setting for our family. The home was well-appointed and gave comfortable and ample space for both togetherness and and privacy for each person. We cooked our meals in the home, partook of the hot tub and fire pit and snuggled up for game nights in the cozy space. Bonus for the stocked coffee bar, which was a hit for us all! Pani was a great host, responding in a timely manner to all my inquiries, too! Cannot recommend this great space only a couple of miles outside Sequoia NP!

Beautiful and cozy home

This home was wonderful. We couldn't shut up about how much we enjoyed it while there. It is private, the views are beautiful, and the layout is great. Some notable things we enjoyed: - Great setup for cooking with family (gas stove, huge sink and fridge, Traeger smoker/grill) - Cozy. Fire pit for cooking smores, blankets, lots of windows for views of nature, etc. - Just a few minutes from the park entrance, as advertised - couldn't be easier. If I had to give one complaint, the internet was slow. That said, it was mostly serviceable for video streaming, and there is plenty else to do here aside from being on a screen all day! Thanks so much! Would happily stay here again if we were to return to the area.
