Well how do I start stunning views great location to beach and bars you are that close to everything you want to be near but very quiet that is outside great location Inside apartment there’s everything you need from all tv programs you could imagine dishwasher washing machine two great size rooms plenty of space for all your clothes we would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone as there is not one fault you can find thanks for a fantastic holiday tam & Mary. Who like our comfort and space will definitely return

Fantastic apartment
Apartment is in a great location on a lovely gated complex. Great outside terrace with sun beds if you don’t feel like going to sunbathe round the pool. Well equipped, only lacking in aircon but there is a ceiling fan in lounge. Dean the manager very helpful and we’ll definitely stay again .

4 of us stayed in this lovely apartment. There were some plug in fans and a ceiling fan in the living room but this property would benefit from an air conditioning unit. Sun trap all day long, however it doesn’t benefit from the breeze you can get down by the pool just a few steps away. Would be good to have been left more than 1 bin bag and 1 toilet roll. It’s not too far to the shop. But then there were 4 of us to carry shopping back, and there’s a good few steps once you reach the gates. Having to provide guest passport info both before arrival AND upon arrival seems unnecessary, once should suffice. There are some beds available for use around the pool but it’s not very clear which ones, and some other loud (rude) guests in the complex weren’t long telling us which ones were theirs, even though they didn’t use them for about 4 hours! There were bath, hand and pool towels provided, and there is a washing machine to wash them if you need to (doesn’t take long to dry even in October!) hairdryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and freezer there also, and a huge tv which we only put on once during the stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this apartment, but only as a 2nd choice because of all the steps, but a lovely view of the sea from the living room and outdoor terrace.

Exactly as described,perfect location,bus stop and taxi rank a few minutes walk,fab terrace with views of lovely pool and sea,found the wi fi really good no probs,there is no air con unfortunately and I think this could be a prob mid summer as it was quite stuffy even at 23 degrees,myself and husband were eaten alive at night by mosquitoes even with bug repellent on as there is no mosquito netting(prob not a prob to others)I would definitely visit this apartment again in the cooler months as we enjoyed it so much.

Great location
Although it is right on the main strip, it is behind and above all the action and in fact very quiet. As previously described the kitchen is oversupplied and could probably benefit from a little purging. The only thing we wanted and couldn't find was measuring spoons. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Well equipped apartment with great sea view
The owners of this apartment obviously use it themselves, as it has a comprehensive selection of equipment - in fact the kitchen cupboards contain so much pots, pans, crockery and gadgets there isn't much room for storing food. It has an internet TV system, so hundreds of channels including streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon (provided you have your own account); it does get a bit congested at times and can freeze for a minute. The WiFi generally ran at 20 to 40 Mbps, though occasionally much less (see above). It is immediately adjacent to the pool area. The best feature is the front and side terrace, the largest on the complex, with a clear view of sea and sunsets; the side has a table under a wooden roof, which provides shade from midday sun and shelter from any rain. The downsides: the terrace is overlooked by the sundeck of the complex next door; there's no a/c, just a ceiling fan in the lounge, and the windows have no mosquito netting;

Perfect location and views
The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, the beach and shopping. The apartment itself is nicely tucked into the corner of the complex with private terrace, but still right by the communal pool. The apartment had everything we needed. No problem with WiFi, TV, laundry facilities. Perfectly clean, we'd love to go back again.

Great location and outside space
This apartment is in a complex in a great location just off the main strip. It has much more outside space than any other apartment we have stayed in when in Lanzarote and as it is the end apartment the space in private. The apartment is very well equipped - perhaps over quipped in that there is so much stuff in the cupboards, they seem overcrowded with unnecessary items and some older slightly chipped crockery giving a feel of not being in pristine condition (hence the 4 for cleanliness). However, the apartment itself was very clean and it is by far the best apartment/location we have found in Lanzarote for the price and I would stay there again.

Fantastic apartment situated in the ideal location. The apartment has two bedrooms and is furnished to a good standard. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The apartment was very pleasant. Only problems were as follows. Sky channels for sport,news,itv,bbc,etc were always cutting out because of lack of connection.always cutting out when big matches were coming on. Only connected for 5% of my week. Very frustrating. Didn’t see any match at all. No recycling at all. Everything dumped in black bags. Other than that a nice pleasant area, nice view. You have to be reasonably fit to get your cases up all the steps. Will be back next year even after my comments.

Très bon séjour, Appartement et cuisine très bien équipé (comme à la maison…) belle terrasse également.. Le meilleur emplacement de la résidence, vue sur mer et la piscine (tout au fond de la résidence, éloigné des va et vient).
