"Clean room , but shower needs work "

"Room was clean but desk chair really dirty snd ice bucket growing mold. I cleaned the ice bucket and bag myself. Friendly staff. Breakfast nice. Patking seemed secure "

"Dirty, in disrepair, smelly Breakfast was empty Pool and hot tub didn’t open til 10:00 am and check out is 11:00? Couldn’t enjoy a soak in hot tub before we left. Didn’t use shower, was afraid to. Changed rooms upon arrival-first room was unacceptable. Second not much better. Light bulbs were out, carpet dirty, desk chair was filthy, loud music all down hall at midnight, walls so thin could hear talking in hall and next room, no elevator, rude staff. Never will stay in one again and will not use Hotels.com again we checked out a day early and have to try to get refund through Hotels.com but looks doubtful. Very angry, disappointed, and out 100.00. "

"Everything was exactly as advertised. The only problem we had was my wife was unable to manage the stairs to the bedrooms easily due to knee issues. The host is very responsive and accommodating."

"I had a very excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a great meal in the restaurant. Keep up the good work! "

"The property is extremely well kept and a great place to go with families. You don’t necessarily have to leave at all because there are multiple restaurants within the property as well as bars. We had a lovely dinner one night next to a fire pit while performers were doing live country music on stage. It was very lovely! Wish the outdoor pool wasn’t closed, would have loved to tan outside and order from the bar out there. Staff was accommodating however and gave us arcade credits in return for the pool being closed for construction. "
