Best Resorts in Tiff City

"The room had an awful smell and I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls so loudly that I thought we should have been on a first name basis. I could hear the tv from both my neighbors, which meant I couldn't sleep until they did. The ice machine didn't work and the snacks in the vending machine were cheap and stale. Breakfast was something I imagine is like you get in jail, as another guest said "this tastes like the eggs I got in prison". The staff was rude. When I asked for ice she said to go to the machine and when I told her it was broke, she said then there is nothing I can do for you. One thing I was pleased about, no bugs! My suggestion, and what I will do next time...get an Airbnb. "

"We arrived 6:30pm and check-in time was 3pm. We were there for a funeral and physically and mentally exhausted. Upon arriving we noted how incredibly dirty the lobby and pool were but as I was close to a melt down - I asked to see the room. Manager said it was not ready (mind you it was supposed to be done by 3pm). When I questioned the time difference she said that the cleaning crew just started and she had no idea how long it would be. I questioned why the pictures on Expedia were different then what I was looking at and she responded "oh yea, we know". At this point I am just standing there in shock. They had a $1500 hold on my credit card and I had no place to sleep. I had my two kids with me and my grandbaby. I am in tears. The horror of this motel, I cannot begin to describe. Thank goodness I found a lovely motel in Parsons that helped me out. I wish I could do zero stars - I had to wait 4 weeks to get a refund from Expedia and that was with the extra cost of the insurance for the room. I will never go through Expedia again and highly recommend that you never stay at this motel. "

"Dirty, in disrepair, smelly Breakfast was empty Pool and hot tub didn’t open til 10:00 am and check out is 11:00? Couldn’t enjoy a soak in hot tub before we left. Didn’t use shower, was afraid to. Changed rooms upon arrival-first room was unacceptable. Second not much better. Light bulbs were out, carpet dirty, desk chair was filthy, loud music all down hall at midnight, walls so thin could hear talking in hall and next room, no elevator, rude staff. Never will stay in one again and will not use Hotels.com again we checked out a day early and have to try to get refund through Hotels.com but looks doubtful. Very angry, disappointed, and out 100.00. "

"Everything was exactly as advertised. The only problem we had was my wife was unable to manage the stairs to the bedrooms easily due to knee issues. The host is very responsive and accommodating."

"The property is extremely well kept and a great place to go with families. You don’t necessarily have to leave at all because there are multiple restaurants within the property as well as bars. We had a lovely dinner one night next to a fire pit while performers were doing live country music on stage. It was very lovely! Wish the outdoor pool wasn’t closed, would have loved to tan outside and order from the bar out there. Staff was accommodating however and gave us arcade credits in return for the pool being closed for construction. "
