“We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card.”

Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't particularly spacious, but it had everything we needed, including plenty of storage and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. “Petit déjeuner parfait accueil correct mais on constate après que le service proposé par l’établissement est conditionné comme par exemple la promenade en gâteau inclus dans la réservations fallait que 5 personnes et quand on demande un tour on nous demande 120€ pour 2 personnes. La personne concernée n'est pas à sa place ! Elle exploite son travail et sa position selon ses priorités personnelles ! Cela se voit clairement à la façon dont elle traite les gens.”

“Giovanni ist der gute Geist des Hotels, und er war immer sehr freundlich zu uns. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder zum Leihen waren leider unnutzbar, wenn man mehr als 2 km fahren möchte und man sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen für die Geräusche der Straße. Sonst TOP”

“Extremely nice staff with a very nice big spacious clean room. The view from the terrace is lovely while you enjoy your breakfast. Lot of options to choose from in the breakfast buffet. They have a parking space for you as well, so nothing to worry about. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying at this place. ”
